The Overstimulated Brain Program

How to turn down a loud nervous system — without numbing yourself or changing who you are

A 6-week, cohort-based program for highly sensitive people whose nervous systems feel stuck in overdrive — combining structured education with live coaching from Dr. Tyler Panzner.

Enrollment is limited to 50 participants

If your brain feels loud you're in the right place.

You might describe yourself as:

  • Overwhelmed in any situation

  • Anxious without a clear reason

  • "Wired-but-tired"

  • Sensitive to food, supplements, or caffeine

  • Stuck in loops of overthinking or hypervigilance

  • Confused why calm feels so hard to access

This isn't a personal failure — it's what it feels like when a nervous system is turned up too loud.

Throughout your life you've probably been told:

"Just let it go"

"You need to get out of your head"

"You take things too personally"

"You're being dramatic"

"You need thicker skin"

You're not overreacting — your nervous system is simply reacting to more.

And when you've looked for answers, you've probably heard some version of:

"You should try meditation"

"Regulate your nervous system"

"Your labs are normal"

"Try this supplement"

"Everyone feels stressed, this is normal"

"Have you tried medication?"

Most of the guidance you were given treated your symptoms as a single problem — even though sensitive nervous systems can run loud for very different reasons

But none of that explains why your system reacts the way it does — or why some strategies help briefly while others make things worse.

This was my first time getting a DNA genetic analysis done, and it wildly exceeded my expectations. Before working with Dr. Tyler, I didn't understand why I felt the way I did or why things weren't functioning, especially regarding my mental health, anxiety in particular.

The tools and frameworks Dr. Tyler taught me changed how I look at my stress and anxiety. Many "healthy" things were stimulating me and I had no idea! He found solutions to my biggest complaints because he asked, "What do you want to solve for?" and he solved for those through supplementation. Knowing that there is a supplement that can help my system process adrenaline is remarkable.

With taking this regimen of my protocol, my acid reflux is gone, and migraines have been dramatically reduced—I may have one a year now. My sleep is phenomenal, and just understanding the necessary things that my body needs to function, and getting those fine-tuned to my needs, have made this whole journey with a new baby wonderful.

I recommend Dr. Tyler to my friends and to anybody that wants to improve the way they feel on a daily basis.

Here's the missing piece most

people never get:

Anxiety is not one thing turned on.

It's different systems turned up.

When those systems are misunderstood — or accidentally stimulated — your nervous system doesn't calm. It gets louder.

This program is about learning which dial is loud, why it's loud, and how to turn it

down in the right order — without suppressing symptoms or forcing calm.

This is not an "anxiety course."

The Overstimulated Brain Reset is a science-based nervous system literacy program for people whose systems run sensitive, responsive, and information-dense.

It's built for people who want:

  • Clarity, not vague reassurance

  • Understanding, not guesswork

  • A framework they can apply repeatedly — not a protocol they follow blindly

This is education + pattern recognition + intelligent implementation — supported by live coaching.

Who's this for?

This program is designed for:

  • Highly sensitive or high-performing people with loud nervous systems

  • Those who feel anxious, wired, overstimulated, or mentally "on" — and can't figure out why

  • People who suspect food, supplements, or lifestyle inputs are playing a role

  • Anyone tired of trying random protocols that backfire

  • Those who want science and structure, not mindset-only advice

This program is not for:

  • People seeking personalized medical advice or supplement dosing

  • Complex clinical cases that require 1:1 oversight

  • Anyone looking for a quick fix or "tell me what to take" solution

  • People who want someone else to solve their problems

(Those situations are better suited for Dr. Panzner's 1:1 Deep Dive work.)

The Core Framework

The 4 Gas Pedals of the Brain

In this program, you'll learn how four primary systems drive different "anxiety" experiences based on neuroscience:

Adrenaline (Threat)

Hypervigilance, bracing, urgency

Histamine (Wake-Lock)

Wired-but-tired, night anxiety, inability to shut down

Glutamate (Looping)

Rumination, mental repetition, overthinking

Sulfur (Amplification)

Heightened sensitivity, mood swings, everything hitting harder

Each week focuses on one system — not academically, but experientially — so you can recognize it in real life and respond appropriately.

I wanted to share a little bit about my experience working with Dr. Tyler Panzner. I’ve worked with so many practitioners over the years trying to figure out my anxiety—why it’s been such a struggle, what I’m missing, what I should be doing differently… and honestly, nobody was really able to help me with it.

Until I worked with Dr. Panzner. My anxiety is completely vanished…like gone, nowhere in sight. The craziest part is this happened about two weeks into starting my protocol. Looking back, I really think it’s because I was taking all the wrong things before that were making my anxiety worse, and he helped me actually dial that in for my body.

But it wasn’t just the anxiety. My energy has improved and is still getting better. My mood feels so much more balanced, which is something I’ve been trying to fix for a long time and never could. My sleep is improving.

My histamine issues are so much better—honestly almost non-existent now—and I think a big part of that is just finally understanding how to manage it.

I feel like I’m finally on the right supplements and the right protocol for my body, my biology, and my genetics—and that makes a huge difference.

I’m just really, really grateful.

What Participants walk away with

By the end of this program, you will have developed:

  • A clearer understanding of why anxiety can feel unpredictable

  • Insight into your unique "flavor" of anxiety / over thinking

  • Greater confidence navigating food, supplement, and lifestyle inputs

  • Tools to reduce stress spikes and support a calmer baseline

  • A repeatable framework for finding your personal "calm protocol"

  • Language to describe what's happening in your body — without shame or self-blame

The goal is not to eliminate sensitivity.

It's to work with it intelligently.

About the Instructor

"For most of my life, I couldn't explain why some days felt dramatically harder than others.

When I started exploring nutrition and supplements, I noticed something confusing: products that weren't stimulants on paper were deeply stimulating to me. Even "healthy" or calming supplements sometimes made my nervous system louder, not quieter.

Through my training in pharmacology, genetics, and supplement interactions — I realized there was a missing layer in the conversation: nervous system sensitivity changes how signals are felt.

After working with hundreds of highly sensitive people, the same patterns kept appearing. Foods and supplements that may support general health can be overwhelming for sensitive nervous systems — especially when the wrong signals are already turned up.

I created this program to end that unnecessary suffering — by helping people understand why certain days are worse than others, and how to stop accidentally pressing the wrong gas pedals in their own bodies."

This program was created and led by Dr. Tyler Panzner, a PhD-trained pharmacologist and highly sensitive person who has lived this experience firsthand.

This program didn't begin as a theory — it began as a lived experience.

This program is not theoretical.

It's lived biology — refined through years of working with sensitive people who didn't respond to one-size-fits-all anxiety advice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an anxiety program?

No. This is not an anxiety course or a mental health treatment. The Overstimulated Brain Reset is a nervous system literacy program.

It focuses on understanding which systems are driving activation in your body and brain — and how to calm them intelligently.

Many people experience anxiety, overthinking, or overwhelm as a result of nervous system overstimulation, but this program does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Is this medical advice?

No. This program is educational only.

It does not provide medical care, diagnoses, or personalized treatment plans.

You will not receive individualized supplement dosing, medical recommendations, or treatment plans.

The focus is on patterns, frameworks, and understanding, so you can make more informed decisions for yourself (and with your care team, if applicable).

Will you tell me what supplements or foods to take?

No — and that's intentional.

This program teaches you how to recognize when supplements or foods are stimulating vs supportive, understand why certain inputs backfire, and stop guessing and chasing protocols.

Rather than being told what to take, you'll learn how to evaluate decisions intelligently for your nervous system.

What if I have a complex or clinical health condition?

If you have a complex medical condition, require close monitoring, or are seeking personalized guidance, this program may not be the right fit.

Those situations are better suited for Dr. Panzner's 1:1 work.

Some participants choose to apply what they learn here alongside their existing care.

Is this self-paced or live?

This is a live, cohort-based program.

Each week includes short, pre-recorded lessons (released weekly) and one live coaching / office hours call with Dr. Tyler Panzner.

The cohort format is intentional — it allows for real-time clarification, examples, and integration.

What if I can't attend the live calls?

Live calls are strongly encouraged, but replays will be available.

That said, this program works best when you engage live or close to live, as questions and examples build on each other week to week.

How much time should I expect to spend each week?

Most participants spend approximately 60 minutes watching lessons, 60 minutes attending the live call, plus optional additional time for reflection or worksheets.

This is designed to be digestible, not overwhelming.

I've tried a lot of things already. How is this different?

Most people who join have already tried a lot.

The difference here is that this program focuses on understanding signals instead of suppressing symptoms, recognizing patterns instead of following protocols, and learning why something works or doesn't.

Many participants describe this as the first time things "finally made sense."

Will this change who I am or make me less sensitive?

No.

This program does not aim to eliminate sensitivity or change your personality.

Sensitivity is treated as information density, not dysfunction.

The goal is to help you work with your nervous system — not override it.

What happens after the program ends?

By the end of six weeks, you'll have a clear understanding of your primary nervous system "dial", a repeatable strategy for calming activation, and language and frameworks you can continue using long-term.

Some participants choose to stay in maintenance on their own.

Others decide to pursue more personalized support afterward.

There is no obligation to continue into any other program.

Is there a refund policy?

A full refund can be requested before the second week's material (Adrenaline: The Threat Brain) is released.

I'm not sure if this is right for me. What should I do?

If you resonate with the experience of a loud nervous system and are seeking understanding rather than quick fixes, this program is likely a good fit.

If you're looking for personalized treatment, dosing, or immediate symptom elimination, it may not be.

When in doubt, trust clarity over urgency.
